Why is my door handle floppy?
This could be more than just a faulty handle; it could be a fault with the Multi Point Lock's gearbox.
The gearbox (also known as centre case) is the 'brains' of the Mutli Point Lock. It's the mechanical part of the lock, which sits behind the door handle.
They are prone to fail due to general wear & tare.
Some common faults are:
- Door will not lock / unlock.
- key will not turn in the lock.
- Handle will not lift up or down.
